Amy has a long history as a community volunteer. Born in Fort Worth and raised in Arlington, Amy started her volunteer participation as the President of her college sorority, Zeta Tau Alpha. After college she became an active member of the Junior League of Arlington where she held fundraising positions for Bargain Barn and the JLA Riverfest-Ranger Hosted All Star Game and raised $200,000.
In 2006 Amy’s husband’s job was transferred to Overland Park, KS. During her “Jayhawk” years, she volunteered as the Volunteer Coordinator for the Deanna Rose Children’s Farmstead. In 2008, Amy and her family relocated back to Texas and moved to Allen for the school district and community leadership.
